Puree Meals - Heating Instructions

Keep meals frozen until ready to heat. Supervise children, and do not leave appliances unattended while heating. Times and temperatures provided are approximate. Appliance capabilities may vary. Cook to 165° F throughout. Do not overcook.
Microwave (recommended):
  1. Place tray in middle of microwave. Do not puncture film.
  2. Microwave on medium heat for 5 min. Adjust cook time as needed.
  3. Remove tray from oven. Do not remove film.
  4. Let stand for 3-5 min.
  5. Remove film from tray. Flip over and tap until meal releases from tray.
Oven:
  1. Preheat oven to 225° F.
  2. Remove film from tray. Flip over and tap until meal releases from tray.
  3. Bake 30-35 min. Adjust cook time as needed.
  4. Remove tray from oven. Do not remove film.
  5. Let stand 3-5 min.
  6. Remove film from tray. Flip over and tap until meal releases from tray.
Stovetop:
  1. Place shallow pan on top of stove and add 1 inch of water.
  2. Bring water to simmer. Do not boil.
  3. Place tray in water with film attached.
  4. Make sure water level does not cover top of film.
  5. Cover pan with lid and let simmer for 30 min. Adjust cook time as needed.
  6. Carefully remove tray from pan. Do not remove film.
  7. Let stand 3-5 min.
  8. Remove film from tray. Flip over and tap until meal releases from tray.
Thawing Fruits:
  1. Loosen fruit from sides of tray.
  2. Flip over and firmly press bottom of tray to release fruit.
  3. Thaw in refrigerator for approximately 1 hour before consumption.
  4. Do not thaw in tray.

Waffles - Heating Instructions

Keep waffles frozen until ready to heat. Supervise children, and do not leave appliances unattended while heating. Times and temperatures provided are approximate. Appliance capabilities may vary. Remove waffles carefully from heating appliances when finished, as they will be hot.
Toaster (recommended):
  1. Heat frozen waffles using the lightest or lowest heat setting on the toaster. Toast again if waffles are not completely heated or crisped to your liking.
Toaster Oven:
  1. Preheat toaster oven to 400° F.
  2. Place frozen waffles flat on wire rack, and heat for 2-1/2 to 3 minutes, or until waffles are hot and crispy
Oven:
  1. Preheat oven to 450° F.
  2. Place frozen waffles flat on a baking sheet, and heat for 5 minutes or until waffles are hot and crispy.
Air Fryer:
  1. Set air fryer to 350° F.
  2. Place frozen waffles in the basket and heat for 4-5 minutes, or until hot and crispy.

Burritos - Heating Instructions

Keep burrito frozen until ready to heat. Supervise children, and do not leave appliances unattended while heating. Times and temperatures provided are approximate. Appliance capabilities may vary. Cook to 165°F throughout. Overheating toughens tortilla.
Microwave (recommended):
  1. Remove film.
  2. Wrap frozen burrito loosely in a paper towel, and place on a microwave-safe plate.
    • 1100 watt: Heat for 1 min. 30 sec. Flip once during cooking.
    • 800 watt: Heat for 1 min. 50 sec. Flip once during cooking.
  3. Adjust cook time as needed. Let burrito cool for 2 minutes in microwave.
Caution: contents will be hot.
Oven:
  1. Preheat oven to 350° F.
  2. Remove film from frozen burrito, and wrap in foil.
  3. Place on baking sheet and cook for 45-50 minutes.
  4. Remove carefully from oven and let burrito cool for 2 minutes.
  5. Adjust cook time as needed.

Flatbreads - Heating Instructions

Keep flatbread frozen until ready to heat. Supervise children, and do not leave appliances unattended while heating. Times and temperatures provided are approximate. Appliance capabilities may vary. Cook to 165°F throughout. Overheating toughens flatbread.

  1. Remove film.
  2. Wrap frozen flatbread loosely in a paper towel, and place on a microwave-safe plate.
    • 1100 watt: Heat for 1 min.
    • 800 watt: Heat for 1 min. 20 sec.
  3. Adjust cook time as needed. Let flatbread cool for 1 minute in microwave.

Toaster Oven:
  1. Preheat toaster oven to 350° F.
  2. Remove frozen flatbread from film and place on wire rack.
  3. Cook for 20-25 minutes.
  4. Remove carefully from toaster oven and let flatbread cool for 2 minutes.

Keep entrée frozen until ready to heat. You may transfer meals from the freezer to the refrigerator, but once thawed, they should be consumed within 3 days. Supervise children, and do not leave appliances unattended while heating. Approximate heat times and temperatures are based on 1100-watt microwave and conventional oven. Appliance capabilities may vary. Cook to 165° F throughout. Caution: contents will be hot.

  1. Pierce film with fork to vent.  
  2. Heat for 1 min. 30 sec. Adjust cook time as needed.
  3. Stir and let stand for 1 minute.
For frozen:
  1. Pierce film with fork to vent.
  2. Heat for 3 min.
  3. Adjust cook time as needed.
  4. Adjust cook time as needed.
  5. Stir and let stand for 1 minute.
Oven
  1. Preheat oven to 350° F.
  2. Remove film from tray and empty contents into oven-safe cookware, such as a baking dish or sauté pan.
  3. Place meal in preheated oven.
For thawed:
  1. Cook for 10 min.
  2. Carefully remove from oven and stir.
  3. Cook for an additional 5 min.
For frozen:
  1. Cook for 15min.
  2. Carefully remove from oven and stir.
  3. Cook for an additional 10 min.
  4. Adjust cook time as needed.
  5. Remove carefully and let stand for 2 minutes.
Stovetop:
  1. Place sauté pan on low-medium heat for 1 - 2 min.
  2. Remove film from tray, and empty contents into heated sauté pan.
  3. Cover with lid.
For thawed:
  1. Cook for 3-5 min.
  2. Stir regularly, covering with lid between stirring.
For frozen:
  1. Cook for 6-8 min.
  2. Stir regularly, covering with lid between stirring.
Adjust cook time as needed. Remove from heat and let stand for 2 minutes.

Oatmeals - Heating Instructions

Microwave:
  1. Heat oatmeal for 2 minutes.
  2. Open film and empty contents into a microwave-safe cup or bowl.
  3. Heat for 1 minute.
  4. Let stand for 2 minutes.
Caution: contents will be hot. Use caution when handling oat cup.
